About me

I'm Jack Wei Lin, an innovator and problem-solver with a passion for creating meaningful impact across diverse fields. My journey has been shaped by a unique blend of experiences, from serving as an EMT with the FDNY for over 14 years to pursuing academic studies in both religion and geology.

My educational background is a testament to my diverse interests. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Religion from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding human values and spiritual perspectives. This is complemented by my Master's degree in Geology from CUNY Brooklyn College, equipping me with scientific knowledge and analytical skills. This interdisciplinary background allows me to approach challenges from multiple angles, drawing connections between seemingly unrelated areas.

Throughout my career, I've ventured into various fields, each contributing to my holistic approach to innovation. I've developed cutting-edge air and water filtration solutions, combining my environmental science knowledge with practical problem-solving. My interest in technology led me to explore cybersecurity, and I'm currently seeking opportunities to apply my recently acquired Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate.

As an entrepreneur, I've founded Monarch's Way, LLC, a digital marketing and web design agency that leverages my creative and technical skills. I've also co-founded TWO IN TWO OUT LLC, an apparel brand inspired by firefighting culture, drawing on my extensive experience in emergency services.

My creative pursuits extend to the digital realm, where I create NFTs and explore the exciting intersection of technology and art. This blend of technical knowledge and artistic expression allows me to bring unique perspectives to projects and collaborations.

My faith is central to who I am, guiding my actions and fueling my desire to make a positive impact. It's this faith that has also led me to advocate for justice, particularly in light of recent challenges I've faced in my professional life. Despite facing termination from the FDNY due to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate and having my religious exemption denied twice, I remain committed to serving others and making a difference.

I believe that the most groundbreaking solutions often emerge at the intersection of different fields. My diverse background enables me to communicate effectively across disciplines and bridge gaps between various areas of expertise. Whether it's applying cybersecurity principles to environmental projects or infusing artistic creativity into product development, I bring a renaissance approach to every endeavor.

I'm always eager to collaborate on new projects, solve complex problems, or explore emerging technologies. If you're interested in working together to create innovative solutions or make a lasting impact, I'd love to connect. Let's turn ideas into reality and develop solutions that can change the world.
